Donald Stuard, 90, died Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Countryside Health and Rehab in Jasper, Arkansas, according to the Saline River News. A native of Sumpter, Arkansas, Stuard was born August 26, 1935, and spent much of his life contributing to his home community in rural Arkansas.
As the eldest child of Anuel Richard Stuard and Vera Mae Smith Stuard, Stuard's early years were shaped by his family roots and education in the Hermitage area.
